ABOUT US • AR88 MALAYSIA
We are AR88 — a digital entertainment platform built specifically for Malaysian players, delivering a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience since 2018.
AR88 started with one simple but deeply important goal: to build an online entertainment platform that truly understands what Malaysian players need. Not to copy a foreign platform's model and translate it into Bahasa Malaysia, but to genuinely design the experience from a local user's perspective — how they play, how they pay, when they play, and the types of games they enjoy.
Since launching in 2018, AR88 has grown into one of the most trusted digital entertainment platforms among Malaysian players. From university students in the Klang Valley who enjoy spinning slots over the weekend, to football fans in Johor Bahru looking for the best odds on the Malaysia Super League every Saturday night — AR88 has built a diverse and loyal community.
What sets AR88 apart from other platforms is not just the technology or the sheer volume of games on offer. It is our commitment to delivering an experience that is honest, transparent, and responsible. We believe that quality entertainment comes with clear boundaries, accurate information, and reliable support whenever it is needed.
Providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable digital entertainment platform for all Malaysians – putting the local user experience at the heart of every decision we make, from product design to customer support.

Honest in every transaction. Transparent in every term and condition. Responsible in every aspect of our operations. User-friendly in every interaction. These are not just slogans — they are how we run our business every single day.
This is not an empty promise — it is the foundation we build on and reinforce every single day.

When you register with AR88, you are not simply opening an account on another online gaming platform. You are joining a community built on mutual trust — the confidence that AR88 will always act with fairness, transparency, and responsibility in everything we do.
Our first commitment is to fairness. Every game on AR88 — whether it is an online slot, a live blackjack table, or a football bet — is built on the principle of fairness. The random number generator (RNG) for all slots and virtual casino games is independently certified by international auditing bodies. This means the outcome of every round is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated — not by AR88, not by anyone. For Live Casino tables, dealers are professional human dealers trained to the highest industry standards.
Our second commitment is to transparency. AR88 hides nothing in the fine print. Every promotion comes with clearly stated terms — wagering requirements, validity periods, win caps, and eligible game categories. We know many Malaysian players have been burned by bonuses from other platforms loaded with hidden conditions. AR88 takes a different approach: lay everything out upfront and let players make informed decisions based on complete information.
Our third commitment is to financial security. Your money belongs to you. AR88 holds player funds in accounts that are completely separate from the company's operating funds — this is standard industry practice to ensure player funds are always available for withdrawal at any time, regardless of the platform's day-to-day operational finances. Withdrawals are processed promptly, with no unreasonable delays or rejections.
One of AR88's greatest strengths is a deep understanding of the local context. The AR88 team is made up of people who genuinely grew up in Malaysia — who followed the Liga Super, who adopted e-wallets from the moment TNG first launched, and who understand why a JDT vs Selangor match on a Saturday night is more than just a game. It is identity and pride.
This understanding shapes everything — from the sports leagues we offer, to the special promotions we create for Malaysian celebrations. Our Hari Raya Aidilfitri bonus is not just a label slapped on a standard promotion — it is a bonus designed specifically with values and conditions relevant to players who are celebrating. Our EPL weekend promotions are timed to Malaysian TV broadcast schedules so they are relevant to when players actually watch the matches.
AR88 also has a clear understanding of Malaysia's digital infrastructure reality. Our platform is optimised to perform well even on moderate internet speeds — something that matters for players in rural areas of Sabah, Sarawak, and other states where high-speed broadband may not always be available. Adaptive streaming technology for Live Casino and a lightweight interface design ensure that AR88 is enjoyable for players from every corner of Malaysia.
AR88 takes responsible gaming seriously. We understand that for a small number of players, what starts as entertainment can become a problem if left unmanaged. That is why we provide a range of tools to help players stay in control — self-set daily and weekly deposit limits, per-session betting limits, a temporary self-exclusion feature (from 24 hours up to 30 days), and a permanent self-exclusion option for those who need a longer break.
AR88's support team is also trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and to help players who need support find the right assistance. We work with local support organisations to ensure that players who need help can access it easily. This goes beyond a legal obligation — it reflects our core value that player safety and wellbeing is a priority we will never compromise on.
These are the values we hold firmly — in our daily operations, in our relationships with players, and in every business decision we make.
Every financial transaction at AR88 — deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and winnings payouts — is processed accurately and transparently. No hidden charges, no unreasonable delays, and no arbitrary rejections. If an issue arises, our team resolves it promptly and honestly.
AR88 is more than a platform — it is a community. We take player feedback seriously, improve based on their suggestions, and celebrate wins together as a community. Our VIP programme and promotions are designed to reward loyalty, not just to attract new players.
AR88's technical team works around the clock to improve the platform — reducing load times, adding new games, refining the interface, and ensuring compatibility with the latest devices and operating systems. Today's AR88 is better than yesterday's, and tomorrow's will be better still.
AR88 takes pride in its Malaysian identity. From the language we use and the celebrations we share with our players, to the local sports we support — everything reflects our commitment to being a platform that truly belongs to the Malaysian community.
AR88 believes that a responsible entertainment platform is an asset to the community, not a burden. We actively promote responsible gambling, provide self-control tools, and ensure our platform is not accessible to anyone under 18.
AR88 invests in robust technology infrastructure — high-speed servers, advanced anti-fraud systems, real-time monitoring to detect suspicious activity, and regular security updates. Technology is not merely a tool — it is the backbone of the trust our players place in us.
All the most popular local digital payment methods among Malaysians are available on AR88 — instant, secure, and fee-free.
